Your data
- Data comes only from your own uploads, official connections you authorise, or providers under a written licence. We do not scrape websites or apps.
- Each workspace’s data is private to that workspace and never shown to other customers.
- We never store buyers’ names, addresses, phone numbers or messages. Access tokens are encrypted.
Frequently asked questions
Do affiliates need a seller account?
No. Affiliates can import the reports they export from TikTok Shop Affiliate Center. A seller account is only needed to connect a shop and to see TikTok’s Bestsellers lists, which TikTok provides through a connected seller shop.
Which reports can I import?
CSV or Excel (.xlsx) reports exported from TikTok Shop Seller Center or Affiliate Center, up to 20 MB per file. You match the columns before importing, and a blank template is available.
Is this my own data or market data?
Your own data: figures come from the reports you import or the shop you connect. TerokaData does not show competitors’ sales across the market. Connected seller shops can see TikTok’s official Bestsellers lists, shown live and not stored.
What is available now?
Report import, Product Explorer, watchlists with groups and notes, CSV or Excel export, video transcripts, optional AI sales analysis and the AI script generator. Sellers can also connect a TikTok Shop for daily sales and Bestsellers. Anything marked “Coming soon” is not available yet.
Is my data sent to AI?
Only when you use an AI feature: for sales analysis, the transcript text; for the script generator, the product details you type (and a transcript you choose as a style reference). Never your videos or imported reports. It goes to your own linked Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account, or otherwise to TerokaData’s free Gemini, where Google may use it to improve its products. How far back does the history go?
Product Explorer covers the latest day up to 180 days, but only for the dates in the data you have imported or synced. Days without data show as “no data”, never as zero.
